Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šOversee and own the day-to-day site management of a fast-paced, high-impact construction project, including the responsibilities below: šManage a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, including work schedules, project progress, quality control, and resource allocation šPlanning, implementation, and enforcement of construction site logistics to enable broader project goals and schedule Management of SpaceX construction assets (trailers, portable restrooms, rental equipment, etc.) šImplement and enforce SpaceX safety policies; drive the safety culture on the jobsite through contractor and internal partners šDaily field coordination and conflict resolution for contractors and internal partners šManage site logistics, including daily deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of SpaceX-purchased materials
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
šHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate š3+ years of professional experience in the construction or aerospace industries with experience leading or coordinating a labor force š3+ years of hands-on experience with a construction trade skill
