Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šWork closely with Marketing and Sales to develop effective enablement, programs, and messaging that drive demand for Kilnās products and services. šWork with Product and the rest of the Marketing team to plan and build go-to-market campaigns for new products and features. šIdentify product differentiators that help sales best position Kiln against competitors. šUnderstand and thrive in an organization that is experiencing hyper-growth, with a work ethic that makes massive goals attainable. šTurn complex topics like cryptography and cryptocurrency into understandable and informative content. šServe as the lead GTM resource for a defined set of strategic partners, proactively defining, developing, and executing joint strategies and campaigns.
Must have:
š3+ years of B2B/institutional direct marketing experience in FinTech, Finance or Crypto. šExperience marketing products to large enterprises and navigating buying teams of large prospect organizations. šThrives in fast-paced environments, managing projects independently and across teams to meet deadlines. šNative or perfectly fluent in English šComfortable working with cross-functional groups and executive leadership
