šEngage and close new partners across Exodusā B2B2C product lines šDevelop and execute an outbound partnership strategy šIdentify partner needs and clearly convey the value of Exodusā products šCollaborate with internal teams to drive deal execution šNegotiate and structure partnership agreements šBuild scalable processes for partnership development šRepresent Exodus at industry conferences and events
Who You Are
š5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in crypto/Web3 šProven ability to generate outbound pipeline and close high-value partnerships šStrong communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership šStrategic thinker with a track record of creative problem-solving šAbility to travel to in-person meetings šPassion for crypto/Web3, with a deep understanding of industry trends
