Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:

📍Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with retail networks, financial institutions, investment firms, and other potential distribution channels for fan tokens and Chiliz products 📍Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across banking, sports organizations, and crypto-related businesses in Brazil 📍Create compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership frameworks tailored to prospective partners' needs and objectives 📍Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive dynamics in the Brazilian digital asset and sports engagement landscape 📍Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership implementation and ongoing relationship management 📍Represent Socios.com/Chiliz at industry events, conferences, and client meetings 📍Track partnership performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status

Requirements:

📍3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the financial services/banking sector. 📍Preferably knowledge of web3, and could be sports related. 📍Proven track record of successfully closing complex B2B partnerships and achieving revenue targets 📍Strong understanding of the Brazilian financial services landscape and regulatory environment 📍Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with ability to influence C-level executives 📍Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
