Job Summary
Your responsibilities
šFinancial Management & Operations šOwn AP/AR, bookkeeping, and monthly close. šOversee invoicing, collections, cash flow, and treasury management. šManage external accountants and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax laws. šStrengthen internal controls and approval workflows to reduce financial risk.. šContinuously improve and automate financial operations using modern tools and AI workflows. šFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) šLead company-wide budgeting and forecasting (annual, quarterly, rolling). šBuild financial models for revenue and headcount šProvide P&L visibility by service line, client, and project to identify margin opportunities.
Who you are
š5ā8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally with both Controller and strategic finance exposure in a consulting or knowledge services business šExperience with knowledge work businesses and metrics around utilization, billability, and productivity calculations šStrong accounting foundation, comfortable managing books, budgets, and audits end-to-end šProven ability to analyze data, model financial scenarios, and clearly communicate insights to leadership šStrategic thinker with strong business acumen
