Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Mentor, coach, and lead a successful sales team to exceed their quotas and achieve business objectives. 📍Own and exceed annual sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline development, and execution 📍Own and surpass multi-million ARR targets through strategic pipeline development, execution, and accurate forecasting. 📍Pioneer complex enterprise deals with fintech stakeholders in compliance, fraud, security, risk, and investigations. 📍Serve as a value-added blockchain advisor, staying ahead of regs like AML/KYC, FATF, MiCA, FinCEN, and SEC guidance. 📍Understand the intricacies of your teams’ sales activity and track the results to inform your forecasts and individual development plans 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for aligned GTM strategies and retention. 📍Champion recruiting and onboarding to scale the team efficiently. 📍Provide accurate and timely forecasts and updates on sales activity, helping to inform overall sales strategy across the business
We’re looking for candidates who have:
📍10+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership or management role 📍Track record exceeding ARR targets and scaling teams in high-growth environments. 📍Proven experience selling to compliance/risk/fraud/investigations in fintech, with deep blockchain/crypto knowledge. 📍Track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar ARR targets in complex, consultative sales environments 📍Robust industry connections to accelerate deals and add value in customer blockchain journeys.
