Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Own financial planning & forecasting in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. 📍Build scalable financial models to assess performance, scenarios, and growth initiatives. 📍Deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions and track performance, highlighting risks and opportunities with clear recommendations. 📍Prepare concise management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses with a strong business focus. 📍Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and data quality to support scale and speed.
What We’re Looking For
📍You’re analytical, diligent, proactive, and very impact-oriented. You enjoy conquering complexity and providing “aha moments” to everyone around you. You bring empathy, team spirit, and clear communication to everything you do.
You should have:
📍3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in FP&A, ideally within a high-growth or international start-up environment 📍Strong experience using spreadsheets for financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
