What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):
š7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth strategy in fintech, Bitcoin, or consumer tech. šStrong knowledge of Bitcoin, hardware wallets, self-custody, and digital asset management. šProven ability to build and manage complex partnerships that drive measurable results. šDeep network in the crypto and fintech industries, with a track record of sourcing and closing deals. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. šEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
šExperience launching consumer financial products globally, especially in international markets. šFamiliarity with Lightning Network, Taproot Assets, or other second-layer Bitcoin technologies. šBackground in payments, remittances, or peer-to-peer finance. šExperience working with regulatory and compliance teams on go-to-market initiatives. šTechnical literacy in Bitcoin or crypto infrastructure products.
