Key Responsibilities

📍Plan, organize, and host roadshows and offline events to acquire retail crypto trading users. 📍Engage and educate potential users on crypto trading opportunities and platform offerings. 📍Develop and execute strategies to maximize user conversion and retention. 📍Build and maintain relationships with retail clients, providing ongoing support. 📍Collaborate with internal teams to optimize roadshow performance and user experience.

Requirements

📍Experience in sales and user acquisition through roadshows or offline events. 📍Background in insurance, telcos, banking, brokerage firms, or similar industries. 📍Crypto experience is a must—this can be personal trading experience or deep industry knowledge. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for crypto. 📍Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
