š3ā4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on billing systems and software integrations. šProven expertise with QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Stripe. šStrong understanding of billing processes and data workflows. šAbility to analyze complex systems and identify optimization opportunities. šProficiency in documenting requirements and creating acceptance criteria. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. šStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. šDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
šCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define clear, comprehensive requirements for a consolidated billing solution. šDevelop detailed acceptance criteria to ensure the proposed solution meets all business and technical requirements. šCreate and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, system requirements, and functional specifications. šWork closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of the solution. šIdentify potential risks and challenges in the consolidation process and propose actionable solutions.
