Solfarm (TULIP) is Solana's first yield aggregation platform with auto-compounding vault strategies. The Solfarm’s Tulip Strategy Vault is an organized vault that hosts numerous yield techniques under the hood. The traders can give a single token asset and expose all the techniques underneath. The V2 Autovaults are the Solfarm (TULIP) platform's latest advancement in auto compounding vault systems. The architecture claims to permit better flexibility. Vault shares are created when assets are deposited, which permits other protocols for composing Tulip. To avoid compounding rewards for the gaming vault, vault shares are locked for 20 minutes. Once the time has elapsed, funds are un-staked and released at any time. There is no necessity to unlock funds when the timer elapses. The traders' deposit gains are tracked while locked.
Liquidation is a critical component of operational risk in any leveraged status. On Solfarm (TULIP), the platform presently has borrowed up to 3x leverage, which signifies a trader can give collateral and carry up to 2x of what the traders have deposited and given yield on the amount that is borrowed.
