Pixie Shopping Street is a simulation dress-up game based on the UGC (user-generated content) model of content output. According to the whitepaper, the foundation's vision is to make the ACG (Anime, Comics, and Games) ecosystem more dynamic and transparent. The platform intends to do so through the application of blockchain technology. Furthermore, the foundation intends to establish a community of cooperative partners to work together for the vision. Also, the platform seeks to promote and maintain democratic management for the members of the ecosystem.

The main game interface of the platform intends to be a shopping streets map. In the interface, a player owns a clothing store, a garment factory, and a designer office (for trading design drafts). The remaining locations may be rented to other players to open clothing stores. The game interface also includes a voting window and a plot design window. In Pixie Shopping Street, players can have different identities. At the same time, they can use different characters and gain corresponding rewards for each identity. The platform also accesses the offline clothing brands, and the popular designs tend to appear in the 'Pixie Shopping Mall' after voting by the players in the mall.

As the platform is a UGC-driven community, Pixie Coin (PXC) is an integral and indispensable part of the ecosystem. PXC is the native digital cryptographically secure token of the platform. The token is designed to be used solely on the platform. PXC is a nonrefundable functional utility token used as the exchange unit between participants on Pixie Shopping Street. The goal of introducing the token is to offer a secure and convenient mode of payment and settlement between participants within the ecosystem on Pixie Shopping Street. PXC is designed to be consumed, and the same is the goal of the PXC token sale. The token also aims to provide the economic incentives to be consumed. Doing so seeks to motivate participants to maintain and contribute to Pixie Shopping Street's ecosystem.
