KEVIN (SRC-20) is the original meme token of Bitcoin Stamps, born at block 788,041 (May 3, 2023). Its origin traces to a self-replicating image that first appeared as Stamp #4258, echoed across 104 stamps (#4258–#18430), and encoded KEVIN’s mint instruction in Stamp #18,516. Unlike ephemeral inscriptions, KEVIN lives forever in Bitcoin’s UTXO set, making it both artwork and fungible token on the Stamps protocol.

From its earliest days in Twitter/X Spaces, the community embraced the mantra “we are all Kevin” (In Lak’ech Ala K’in), choosing fair, culture-first growth over hype.
