The whitepaper states that the platform seeks to collect the assets of all users, which makes it an aggregated digital item market, also known as the money market.

Flux Protocol aims to offer a lending mechanism for regulating interest rates of crypto items automatically or in a decentralized manner, incentivizing liquidity in the cryptocurrency market. Liquidity is the capability of an asset or security to get transformed into currency at a given price. The native token of the Flux Protocol is FLUX. The fundamental purpose of the token is to influence the liquidity providers (LPs) on the platform. Also, the FLUX token acts as a governance token. It is a DAO token created for community governance. DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization built by developers with an aim to automate decisions and promote cryptocurrency transactions. Subsequently, the token is required to vote on the Flux platform for improvement proposals. Additionally, the token can be kept in a security module aiming to provide insurance and security for the protocol and the depositors, who are likely to get rewards for doing so.
