These tokens are created by separating ETH collateral into a lower-volatility token named fETH, and a higher-volatility token named xETH. For the brand new f(x) Protocol V2, f(x) Protocol empowers DeFi to bring an innovative approach to stablecoins and leverage trading. The f(x) invariant can split any yield-bearing asset into two components now: - A scalable decentralized stablecoin that captures sustainable on-chain real yield - fxUSD - A leveraged position that delivers up to 7x leverage on ETH and BTC with minimal liquidation risk and funding cost - the xPOSITION & sPOSITION.
