Lossless means the removal of financial disincentive that penalizes users. Instead, the platform aims to provide yield to winners. In simple terms, the platform aims to provide passive rewards with prediction games.

The network runs a prediction market game wherein participants can place their predictions, and if they win, they are rewarded. The amount of reward received is proportionate to the principal amount lent. However, if a participant loses, they will not lose their principal amount. Further, the platform automatically enrolls participants in the next round game, where their gain in the current round is used as principal in the round after it. The participants can join and leave the game anytime, even during the locked period.

The cope-free mechanism of the platform involves a user predicting the token’s negative price action on the platform. If it does go down, the user receives additional rebase rewards from other participants whose predictions went the other way. Thus, the added rebase rewards help offset the impact of price depreciation. Similar to the cope-free format, rekt-free leverage works during price appreciation, wherein the user predicts the token price to be higher. Thus, the users benefit from both the price appreciation and boosted rebase reward.

Additionally, the forum aims to offer two products, including Soft Hedge and Soft Leverage, created especially for token holders to manage their rewards and risks. A soft hedge is used to temporarily risk-off while maintaining the user’s holdings to capture the upside. Meanwhile, soft leverage is used to boost rebase rewards in addition to price appreciation.
