Dymmax (DMX) is a unique protocol that aims to establish a decentralized platform for the emission and secondary circulation of options. It operates on a parimutuel model, which enables the issuance of options without a seller. Various types of options buyers form a joint bank, ensuring sufficient funds for expiration payments. The price of each option type is calculated off-chain for optimal auction efficiency, and all matched orders are tokenized as ERC-20 tokens, facilitating a secondary market. DMX, the native utility token, is used for various purposes such as increasing compensation from transaction processing, voting for new options, voting on Dymmax development paths, and participating in liquidity pools. Dymmax was conceived by Dmitry Filyaev, an experienced Dapp developer and derivatives trader, and validated by researcher Dmitry Meshkov.
