According to the whitepaper, the coin aims to deliver integrity to the decentralized financial markets. Etherconnect coins are the entry pieces for individuals to become members of the ecosystem. The token holders are responsible for governing the ECC protocol. The protocol aims to allow choosing new collateral types, adjusting policy for the ETH (Ethereum) stablecoin, and improving governance itself. Besides, ECC coins allow members to play DeFi casino games online to seek to earn profit instantly. Notably, Etherconnect aims to distribute ECC as a reward for contributions made to the platform.

Though built on Ethereum blockchain technology, Etherconnect is still open for migration with Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Polkadot blockchain. The Binance Smart Chain (BSC) is best described as a blockchain that runs parallel to the Binance Chain and boasts smart contract functionality. Smart contracts are just like regular contracts. However, instead of being drafted on paper, these contracts run in the form of protocols on the blockchain.
