The developers envision that this anonymity can help to develop a robust ecosystem that would lead to RAILGUN DAO.

The whitepaper of RAILGUN was released in July 2021. The project was founded by Emmanuel Goldstein. Kieran Mesquita is the chief scientist of the project, while Dr. Andrey Kravchenk is the project manager. Phil Huang, Edward P. Fricker, Alyssa G., and Dr. Geoff Goodell are the advisers to the RAILGUN project. A total of 100 million RAIL tokens is to be the maximum total supply.
