Lightning Bitcoin (LBTC) is a global value decentralized web transmission protocol with specific applications such as peer-to-peer payment systems and trading platforms. The LBTC protocol allows its users to use the LBTC platform for real-time and secure transactions. Lightning Bitcoin aims to create an extremely low-cost, high-speed, and scalable decentralized Internet transfer protocol for value.

This helps the LBTC protocol to be the lightning accounting nodes so that everyone can participate in the project. A node is a part of blockchain technology that maintains the ledger of decentralized transactions. Similarly, on-chain governance refers to the system of managing and implementing significant changes in the blockchains. With LBTC, the PoW (Proof-of-Work) centralization problem is solved.
