The platform intends to become a leading organization that helps users access multiple options to capitalize and develop their speculations. Jewel states that it aims to turn the decentralized framework into a progressive budgetary opportunity, facilitating better returns than conventional currency-making techniques. The platform seeks to offer multiple products to achieve the target—a crypto wallet, a crypto trading platform, a crypto news platform, and more. 

The Jewel platform was established in 2017 by diamond experts, currency experts, web experts, and digital platform specialists. The project was financed by TechFinancial.Inc., which currently holds 92% of the Jewel. The private presale of JWL took place between September 19–October 14, 2018, while the crowd presale took place October 15–November 14, 2018. JWL has a maximum total supply of 300,000,000 tokens, 70% of which is reserved for crowd sale and 5% of which is locked for the team.
