Shambo also forms a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organisation), allowing the community members to participate in the development of the entire ecosystem. Besides, the platform also offers a land game where the users need to purchase the lands. The land has different purposes in different eras, such as planting or grazing, building real estate, etc. The platform also seeks to introduce third-party game studios or individuals to create gamefi products in the platform. 

The native and governance token of the Shambala ecosystem is the BALA token. All the users receive BALA tokens for recognizing their participation and contribution to the platform. The BALA token is the token of Shambala Metaverse, Bala game, Bala Market games, NFT market, and social Dapp. However, GameFI has a different universal token called CHIP. The CHIP token is used for various in-game transactions, including tool purchases and labor income.

The total token distribution of the BALA token is 1,000 Trillion.
