Nabox (NABOX) was introduced as a simple wallet for the NULS ecosystem to send and receive NULS tokens. As DeFi started becoming more popular, the vision of NULS started becoming more apparent. Depending on the market demand for a cross-chain wallet, the decision was made to branch Nabox off as an individual project. As per the Nabox litepaper, the Nabox platform aspires to become the simplest gateway to Web 3.0 for DeFi.

Nabox wallet supports multiple blockchain networks. Users can quickly transfer assets to different networks through the cross-chain function of Nabox and participate in the applications of each network. It is highly compatible with Metamask, Wallet Connect & various other Dapps. Nabox also supports ETH, BSC, HECO (Huobi Eco Chain), and OKExChain on the NULS ecosystem. The application layer of this wallet consists of three main modules: Cross-chain transfer, Cross-chain swap, and DApp plugin.

While solving the problem of cross-chain compatibility, Nabox claims to become a vital part of the DeFi ecosystem and gradually serve users in their day-to-day lives. There are no centralized registration processes required, and all private keys are directly managed by the users.

The native token of the Nabox wallet is NABOX. NABOX is an NRC20 token built on the mainnet of NULS. The NRC20 standard enables basic token transfer functionality as well as the approval of tokens so that they can be used by another on-chain third party. NABOX is a governance token and may be used across various chains. Users can offer more liquidity or stake their NABOX tokens to earn rewards.

In addition, NABOX tokens can be easily transferred across different Nabox wallets with no gas fees throughout the NerveNetwork, which forms the foundation of Nabox’s cross-chain functions. Nabox tokens can also be used for various rewards and incentives for increasing engagement with Nabox, accelerating mainstream adoption of crypto assets.

The Litepaper of Nabox was published in May 2021, and the IDO was launched on June 15, 2021. The total supply of NABOX is one trillion.
