The charity wallet does not involve any fees as it is the wallet without fees or tax.

A single wallet can hold a maximum of ten trillion Glow tokens. It is known as an anti-whale system that averts mass trading from a single token holder. The platform also aims to encourage community and universal causes via charitable donations. Glow seeks to support worthy causes by partnering with organizations and projects. The taxes involved in every transaction are capped at 15%.
