Engine (EGCC) aims to be a global vehicle life cycle data sharing platform based on blockchain technology. The network seeks to encourage the sustainable development of the auto industry by utilizing transparent, traceable, and testable automobile life cycle data. The Engine aims to create a set of auto data ecology on the blockchain through pre-project scale data collection and use these data along with blockchains in the productions of the underlying technology.

The protocol aims to solve the pain points of the automotive industry, incorporating features like traceability, data security of the blockchain, etc.

EGCC is a native token on the Engine blockchain. The token aims to be a valuable measurement of the digital plotting of tangible automotive assets on the Engine blockchain. The whitepaper of the Engine was launched in May 2018. The token's maximum total supply is 10 billion EGCC.
