Niob Finance, also known as NiobSwap, is a decentralized exchange (DEX) and automatic liquidity acquisition yield farm currently operating on the Binance Smart Chain. It utilizes a deflationary token, NIOB, which aims to manage its supply through a burn mechanism. Niob Finance seeks to provide a sustainable environment for users to benefit from high APR yield farming, with the total value locked into the Niob Ecosystem. Users of NiobSwap have access to easy-to-use proprietary technology and various new tokens through the platform's own automated market maker (AMM).

Niob Finance operates through a series of mechanisms. Each transfer of the NIOB token incurs a 5% transfer tax, 1.4% of which is added to the NIOB native liquidity pools. This automatic liquidity mechanism aims to manage the token's liquidity by ensuring a growing number of tokens are permanently locked over time, while overall token liquidity continuously increases. Additionally, 1% of each NIOB token transfer is allocated to automated burning, executed by the smart contract in real-time. Niob Finance also features a harvest lockup mechanism designed to lock up yield farming rewards, limiting the frequency of harvesting to prevent farming arbitrage bots from constantly collecting rewards and dumping them.

Niob Finance offers a range of potential use cases. It allows users to trade without the need to go through a centralized exchange, with all actions on NiobSwap routed directly through the user's own wallet. It also offers yield farming, where users who provide liquidity may receive NIOB tokens as compensation by locking their liquidity provider (LP) tokens into a smart contract. Niob Finance also features a decentralized referral system, prediction trading, and an insurance fund for users. In the future, Niob Finance aims to launch a wallet with multi-chain functions, allowing users to swap, stake, and earn tokens across different blockchains.

Niob Finance is a community-driven project, with most decisions about features, new pools, new farms, token listings, and updates proposed and voted on by the Niob community. The platform has implemented several security measures, including the removal of the migrator code from the MasterChef contract and the addition of a timelock to the Niob MasterChef contract before launch.
