The LustCoin token is an impact investing cryptocurrency that runs on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The project started with a noble intention to create a platform to educate people and create social awareness on various discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, and physical appearance. The platform does not stop there. It aims to extend its support to victims by funding selected organizations supporting victims of these crimes.

Though many laws try to prevent sexual crimes, aggressive behavior still persists in society. Most of these victims are women because society accepts the inequality and considers women as the weaker sex. The next issue is discrimination against the LGBTQ community. Thereby, LustCoin seeks to provide a safe environment for everyone to get professional education about causes, effects, and preventative measures of sexual abuse, discrimination against LGBTQ, violence, and body shame through the Lust Academy platform. LUST uses blockchain as a secure, controllable, and cost-effective technology to realize the above vision.

The token seeks to allow self-generating liquidity that is reinvested and redistributed toward donations and further community support. Also, it aims to charge no transaction tax on any LUST interactions at the decentralized exchange (DEX) or centralized exchange (CEX). In order to maintain the deflationary trend, the coin has a burn mechanism with a plan of burning 25% of the total supply in the next 12 months. In brief, cryptocurrency burning is when a fraction of tokens is sent to a wallet with no private key. This means the tokens are lost forever. Tokens are usually burned to reduce availability and increase market value.

Aidin Montazemi and Hooman Motevali cofounded LustCoin in the final quarter of 2021. The whitepaper was released, and the website was launched in the same quarter.

Montazemi was claimed to be a programmer, blockchain developer, top market analyst, author, project manager, and engineer.

Motevali was claimed to be an investor, crypto technology expert, speaker, author, blockchain expert, and engineer. He also founded Metaneed, a virtual reality-based company.

The presale has been planned for January 14, 2022, to February 5, 2022.

The maximum total supply is one billion LUST tokens.
