BFT implies a computing system’s ability to continue working even if some of the nodes act maliciously or fail. PBFT is designed to solve the existing problems of BFT. In addition, the PBFT consensus mechanism enables the integration of PoT to provide the network users with settlement and related financial payment services in a fair, efficient, and transparent manner.

According to its whitepaper, Stratos functions as a decentralized data mesh for blockchain and introduces the next generation of decentralized computing services, a type of decentralized computing service capable of serving Dapp and allowing smart contract developers to use decentralized mechanism to deploy, execute, and store their data and code. Smart contracts are just like regular contracts; however, instead of being drafted on paper, these contracts run in the form of protocols on the blockchain.
