The whitepaper says that Co2Bitcoins have already been used to acquire and protect over 100 million trees in the Brazilian rainforest, preserving the rainforest and sequestering necessary amounts of Co2 and its brimming habitats for generations to come.

Thus, Co2Bit, with blockchain technology, aims to offer an everlasting system to donors to help fight the planet issues by continuously funding and avoiding the problems of stalled projects.
