Validators take turns to create the next block, and before inserting the block onto the chain, a super-majority of validators must first sign the block. Bitrock also supports Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible applications, allowing users to deploy smart contracts or WEB3 Applications compatible with EVM and all Ethereum tools. Bitrock's blockchain aims to provide scalability, security, and speed. It has a 2-second block time and near-zero gas fees.

Bitrock was stealth launched in July 2023 without any presale, private sale, or VC backing. It was developed as a response to the ongoing scarcity of reliable, robust, and scalable EVM compatible solutions. After rigorous Testnet testing, Bitrock launched with a live Testnet and released the Mainnet just three days later. It has a 2-second block time, near-zero gas fees, and a maximum of 12,000 transactions per second. The Bitrock team is developing additional utilities related to the chain and DEX, with the intention to enhance the platform's capabilities.
