MON is the main currency of the PocMon platform used for various services like minting an NFT, creating or opening a lootball, and paying fees on MON. MON powers the ecosystem in the form of transaction fees. As per the document, a fee is charged from each NFT sale, and at the expense of this fee, a MON token is bought to be further sent to the burned wallet. Every transaction at PocMon is being taxed a 10 percent fee. Cryptocurrency burning is when a fraction of tokens are sent to a wallet with no private key. This means the tokens are lost forever. Tokens are usually burnt to reduce availability and increase market value.

PocMon-Old project was founded in early May 2021. Initially, the project was conceived as a meme-coin. Later a situation destroyed the PMON project team and stained its reputation.
