Mogul Productions is an NFT and DeFi platform for movies and entertainment. The platform utilizes the power of blockchain technology to seek to provide benefits such as transparency, tracking, and security to aid filmmaking, distribution, and fan participation. 

Mogul Productions aims to create an environment where all users, such as actors, directors, screenwriters, and movie fans, are recognized and rewarded accordingly for their respective contribution to making the next blockbuster and being rewarded for the same.  

Mogul includes a feature called the Mogul Showcase, created to harness the power of the crowd to determine the movies funded by Mogul. Potential projects are submitted via the Mogul platform and sourced through Mogul's network and manufacturing partners. The Mogul team reviews the project to ensure that the project is commercially feasible and complies with platform policies. 

Feasible projects are placed in the showcase, and Mogul works with film producers to run a film co-marketing campaign. STARS owners vote for movies they want to fund during the voting period, and Mogul finances winning projects.

Additionally, the platform consists of an NFT marketplace that focuses on curating an exclusive 1/1 NFT collection featuring top talent in the entertainment industry, funded films, and NFT campaigns in partnership with Mogul. The NFT contract supports all media formats, including images, video clips or entire movies, and audio. 

The platform issues NFTs through fixed price drops or auctions. Each user can use the NFT Viewer to link their wallets to view the NFTs issued under the Mogul NFT contract. Mogul works with some artists to create NFT merchandise that includes royalties. The royalty is the fee paid for each NFT sale that sends a portion of the sale to the wallet of the original artist. 

STARS token is the native token of the platform that seeks to offer access to the Mogul platform. The token is the in-app currency used for governance and conducting the voting process. The token is rewarded to the network users as 50% profits from Mogul-produced movies. STARS token is staked and is also used for share fees generated from NFT Marketplace.
