Players can mine the CBX token by playing the game and participating in activities and quests. The purpose of introducing CBX is to establish a convenient and safe mode of payment and settlement between players who interact within the ecosystem on CropBytes. However, the token is not intended to be a medium of exchange used by the public as payment for goods or services. Briefly, metaverse can be defined as a simulated digital environment that uses augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and blockchain, along with ideas from social media, to create virtual spaces for a rich user interaction mimicking the real world.

In order to generate rare in-game assets, a player must burn CBX. CBX may be burned for several use cases such as to buy Gen 0 Superheroes, enhance farm output, for Superhero breeding, and many more. In short, crypto asset burning is when a fraction of tokens are sent to a wallet with no private key to reduce availability and increase market value.
