CloudCoin (CCE) is an electronic currency with the improved characteristics of cryptocurrencies. Cloudcoin seeks to offer complete privacy, which doesn't require public ledgers, accounts, or encryption. CloudCoin cannot be forged, double-spent, mined, or lost, and, like the internet, no third party can remove it. Moreover, CloudCoin consists of 3,200 bits of secret information that only an owner of the coin can know. These bits are written into text files or jpg images. Users can store these bits on their computers and share them with others via email, SMS, or regular old paper mail.  

CloudCoin is known for its confidentiality, integrity, and availability. It does not record transactions, and users don't require accounts to access the cryptocurrency. Anyone can own a CloudCoin if they have authenticity codes hidden in files. Suppose an owner gives authenticity codes to another individual. In that case, they can change the codes and become the new owner of the currency. CloudCoin aims to maintain the entire world's transactions and use less electricity than any other payment system in the world. Moreover, the coin charges zero fees while seeking to offer a secure and rapid payment system worldwide.  

Furthermore, CloudCoin has a RAIDA (Redundant Array of Independent Detection Agents) database based on the root DNS servers. The DNS servers are known for their efficiency, and the RADIA system is also efficient and was created in 2016. According to the whitepaper, RAIDA is a cloud-based service that verifies CloudCoin's authenticity code. RAIDA can replace the code with the proposed authenticity number during the cryptocurrency exchange. The RAIDA system aims to be self-healing, simple, efficient, and reliable. Besides, RAIDA seeks to be able to detect the authenticity of a CloudCoin within milliseconds.
