Bet25.com is owned and operated by Horns and Hooves Company Sociedad Anónima, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-101-922698 with its head office in the country. The gaming authorisation comes from a different jurisdiction: the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, issued B2C licence ALSI-202505001-FI1 to the company on 14 May 2025, naming bet25.com as the licensed domain. The Anjouan register lists the licence as valid through 13 May 2027.
Bet25.com has no connection to Bet25.dk, a Danish betting and casino brand run by 25syv A/S under a Danish Gambling Authority licence. The two share a name and nothing else, so anyone checking terms, a payout, or a complaint should confirm which company's documents they are reading.
