Job Summary
Typical duties include:
📍Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of Trezor (and other) hardware wallets and related technologies 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product features and functionalities 📍Write engaging content for the Trezor knowledge base, ranging from beginner-friendly articles explaining the fundamental concepts of our products, to detailed step-by-step guides for the most complex operations 📍Collaborate with various teams to create new rich content for the Trezor knowledge base, including videos, images, and infographics 📍Create and update user guides, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and product release documentation, ensuring guidelines for editorial tone of voice are adhered to 📍Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences 📍Organize documentation, making it easier to discover and navigate 📍Help develop content plans and strategies based on our user needs 📍Develop and refine document management processes 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
What makes you the perfect candidate?
📍Native English speaker / C2 certificate 📍Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the field of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech 📍Familiarity with docs-as-code, markup languages, command line tools 📍Experience creating infographics, diagrams and other media for articles and technical documentation 📍Strong understanding of cryptocurrency hardware wallets, blockchain technology, and related concepts 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information concisely and accurately
