Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šThis is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, Forum, Telegram group and Discord. šHands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions. šDeliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA). šUnderstand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals. šSeek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap. šBuild and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. šPartner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions. šWork in a quick changing environment.
Requirements:
šCandidate needs to be in the EU time zone. šExcellent English in both speaking and writing. šMin 1+ years of experience in a technical support role. Technical degree. šStrong analytical skills. šAbility to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues. šStrong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. šExcellent people skills to monitor. šInterest in blockchain and crypto technologies. šExperience with blockchain/web3 is a must.
