Job Summary
You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:
📍Support Korean game studios through technical onboarding and integration across Passport, APIs, smart contracts and growth tools 📍Work closely with Customer Growth Managers on partner strategy and help drive measurable outcomes for studios 📍Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non technical teams 📍Troubleshoot integration issues, triage technical questions and collaborate with engineering when needed 📍Advise partners on how to activate Immutable’s growth products to improve player acquisition, retention and monetisation 📍Share insights from the Korean market to help shape our product roadmap and partner experience 📍Grow into owning your own portfolio of accounts as demand expands
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝 :
📍Native Korean and strong business English communication skills 📍A technical foundation, such as a degree in computer science or a similar field, or proven equivalent experience 📍Coding proficiency suitable for debugging, implementation support and technical conversations 📍Experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, gaming or high-growth environments 📍Ability to move comfortably between technical problem-solving and commercial growth work 📍A proactive, adaptable mindset with curiosity for Web3, games and emerging technologies
