Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šTo increase our staking adoption and grow our customer base. šSupport the sales team in positioning and selling staking solutions to institutional and retail customers. šEducate and consult clients on the benefits, risks, and rewards of staking solutions. šAssist in deal structuring and tailor staking solutions to meet clients' needs. šWork cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine staking sales strategies. šProvide insights on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve staking products and positioning. šDevelop sales enablement materials, including decks, FAQs, and case studies, to help the team effectively communicate staking value propositions. šTrack and optimize staking adoption metrics, identifying opportunities to increase customer participation.
Qualifications
šExperience in achieving sales goals, managing sales campaigns, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services. šStrong understanding of staking, blockchain, and digital assets šExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. šAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret staking metrics and customer engagement data. šComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
