Job Summary
Responsibilities will include:
šProvide solutioning, problem solving and sales support with key clients, enablers, and other ecosystem partners ā operating as a product and blockchain subject matter expert with clients and internal stakeholders šDrive end-to-end deal flow from pre-sales to pitch to negotiations to drive new activations and channel partnerships for Visa Crypto Solutions šSupport implementation projects and coordination between sales, product, and operation teams to help Visa clients launch Visa Crypto Solutions (post-sales support) šHelp shape Go-To-Market strategy and execution for Visa Crypto solutions at a global level ā with clients and working closely with regional counterparts on go-to-market and client activities šSupport broader training and tooling relative to Visa Crypto solutions intended to replicate the solutioning support model across Visa account and sales teams šThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: š8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD šPreferred Qualifications: š9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD šFinancial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience required šHigh product acumen and solutions mindset šProven ability to understand, communicate, and problem solve with client on technical solutions šStrategic thinking and thought leadership with subject matter explain in stablecoins and blockchain technology šTeamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to influence clients and stakeholders based on technical acumen
