Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage and grow clientsā social media accounts across multiple platforms. šResearch and follow industry trends, news, and viral formats to keep content relevant. šCreate, schedule, and publish engaging posts - including copy, visuals, and short videos (in collaboration with the design team). šPropose fresh ideas and campaign concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness. šMonitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and optimize content accordingly. šEngage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain the brandās tone of voice. šCollaborate with clients and internal teams to align on strategy and content calendar. šEnsure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
Requirements
š2+ years of experience managing social media accounts. šExperience working with external clients (including various brands), ideally in an agency format. šStrong content creation skills, including copywriting experience, basic design knowledge. šTrend awareness and multi-platform SMM expertise. šSolid understanding of social media metrics, platform-specific differences, and how to tailor content accordingly.
