Job Summary
Responsibilities
šSupport the development and execution of integrated social media strategies in collaboration with brand and creative leads; šConduct platform audits, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities; šBuild systems for interpreting performance data and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders; šStay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, new features, and best practices across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms; šGuide the development of editorial calendars, captions, and platform-optimized creative briefs
Requirements
š5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or social media growth roles (agency experience preferred, client experience a must); š2+ years of experience managing and mentoring team members across SMM functions; šSolid experience in social media organic growth; šStrong knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, their features and metrics; šDeep understanding of content performance drivers, platform algorithms and best practices, audience behavior and growth techniques
