Responsibilities

📍Develop and implement crypto-related products such as crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending and more. 📍Lead the creation of systems that will scale 100x, driving transformative infrastructure and architecture upgrades. 📍Lead and guide day-to-day development activities through hands-on involvement in architecture decisions, designs, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation. 📍Set up and maintain system infrastructure.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. 📍9+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle. 📍2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership/management position. 📍Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high business impact and breakthrough results in fast-moving environments. 📍Strong proficiency in Core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework. 📍Expertise in MySQL and experience with at least one NoSQL database. 📍Proficient in distributed system design and knowledge of at least one messaging middleware and its design principles. 📍Strong cross-team communication skills.
