Job Summary
You Will
šShape product strategy for bitcoin adoption through experimentation, modeling, and analytics, from user acquisition to transaction monitoring. šDesign and analyze experiments that unlock growth in bitcoin usage, measuring everything from onboarding conversion to payment rail adoption. šBuild data foundations and self-service tools that enable product teams to move faster, from core metrics dashboards to experimentation frameworks. šPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate complex bitcoin/crypto user behaviors into actionable insights and product decisions.
You Have
š8+ years of data science experience, with a track record of driving product and business impact in consumer-facing products. šStrong experimentation skills: you've designed, executed, and analyzed A/B tests and are comfortable with causal inference techniques. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for diverse audiences. šSolid data engineering fundamentals: you can build pipelines, transform data, and create reliable data products. šDemonstrated use of LLMs and AI tools to accelerate your work. šBonus: Experience with bitcoin, crypto products, or blockchain analytics; familiarity with Lightning Network, stablecoins, or payment systems.
