Job Summary
Responsibilities
šWork with the business stakeholders in establishing the roadmap, that aligns with the project's vision, mission and goals. šAct as the go-to expert for your products, ensuring vision and execution are clear. šTranslate business needs into well-structured requirements, user stories, and PRDs. šLead discovery, design, and UAT sessions, ensuring features deliver user and business value. šPartner with fellow PMs to align priorities across dApps and shared dependencies. šCollaborate with Data & UX teams to understand user behavior and make data-driven decisions. šWork closely with Engineering to iterate on feasible solutions and align on milestones. šDrive go-to-market and rollout strategies in partnership with Marketing and Community teams. šEngage directly with our creator and player communities to bring the user voice into product decisions.
The Requirements
š4+ years of product management experience in tech, gaming, e-commerce, or related fields. šProven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering impactful features. šStrong communication, documentation, and leadership skills. šDemonstrable expertise in end to end Project Management with cross-functional teams. šSolid understanding of technology fundamentals and solutions. Data & Analytics are a plus. šEnglish proficiency (written and spoken). šBachelorās Degree in Computer Science or a business-related field, Masterās preferred.
