Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Integrate and optimize PSPs, banks, and real-time payment networks (e.g., PIX, UPI, Faster Payments). 📍Partner with engineering to design event-driven, reliable, ledger-safe services for deposits, withdrawals, and payouts. 📍Balance cost, approval rates, and resilience with smart routing and failover strategies. 📍Work with Compliance and Ops to embed KYC/AML and regulatory controls directly into the payment flows. 📍Set and track KPIs: success = rapid, seamless onboarding, near-zero payment failures, and instant reconciliation.
What You'll Bring
📍3-5 experience in product management, with experience in payments, PSPs, or banking rails. 📍Proven track record building core payment infrastructure or orchestration platforms. 📍Knowledge of PSPs, real-time rails, settlement, reconciliation, and risk/fraud controls. 📍Experience working closely with engineers on API-first, event-driven, cloud-native systems. 📍Entrepreneurial mindset: ruthless prioritization, bias to ship, and ability to balance speed with compliance.
