Responsibilities

📍Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class Compliance tools and services that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and stick to the regulatory requirements 📍Review the business requirement and come out with Product Requirements Document (PRD) to ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlines 📍Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Customer Service to ensure the products offer the greatest value are prioritized 📍Track and analyze key metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvements 📍Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the system is intuitive for seamless operation to drive the efficiencies and user experience 📍Support the Regional/Global Heads and work with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of product 📍Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders

Requirements

📍5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferrably in the tech, fintech, finance or blockchain industry 📍Strong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML, Transaction Monitoring etc. is a significant advantage 📍Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced dynamic environments 📍Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework 📍Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively
