Job Summary
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of testing engagements such as Web App, API, Internal/External etc. and you will be able to:
📍Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on a variety of systems, networks, and applications. 📍Perform testing engagements independently, with minimal support required, and act as a Lead for testing engagements when required. 📍Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in a controlled and ethical manner. 📍Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security requirements and tailor penetration testing strategies accordingly. 📍Provide detailed and actionable reports outlining vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended remediation strategies. 📍Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continually enhance testing methodologies. 📍Mentor and guide junior penetration testers within the team. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position? 📍Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. 📍University/College degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline 📍Master’s Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity or similar area will be considered a plus 📍At least 5 years of proven working experience in penetration testing, or relevant offensive security roles. 📍Code-review skills 📍Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security controls. 📍Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 📍Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, OSWE or equivalent. 📍Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal 📍Flexibility to travel abroad (mainly EU countries, 5% of the working time)
