Responsibilities:

📍Develop and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Gemini’s TDR capabilities, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution to empower your team and achieve impactful security outcomes 📍Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of security engineers, promoting psychological safety, continuous learning, and a culture of ownership 📍Own and participate in incident response, threat hunting, detection engineering, threat intelligence, threat disruption, and insider threat 📍Foster automated and scalable detection, response, and analysis practices 📍Champion cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational resilience and response

Minimum Qualifications:

📍7+ years leading and working hands-on with threat detection and response or security operations teams 📍4+ years leading high-performing remote or distributed technical teams in dynamic, scaled environments 📍Deep expertise in incident response, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and threat hunting 📍Strong understanding and hands-on experience building and operating modern, scaled TDR capabilities 📍Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
