Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šUser Growth & Reactivation: Launch non-standard activations to engage and reactivate the existing userbase; šUnlock new user growth via creative innovations: new product offerings, interactive mechanics, A/B testing, and lifecycle optimisation; šMap and improve the entire user journey (Visit ā Registration ā KYC ā Deposit ā Trade) to boost business conversion funnel; šPromotions: Drive and execute series of educational and bonus-based campaigns; šAds management: Ideate, test, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (web + app); šManage ASO/SEO experiments and retargeting campaigns; šAccountability & Reporting: Fully own Ukrainian OKRs completion, frequently escalate Metrics Progress & Campaigns Performance with šMarketing & Operations team.
Requirements:
š2ā4 years of relevant experience in Growth, Digital, or Performance šMarketing (preferably crypto, tech/IT, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile apps); šProven expertise in Acquisition, Retention, Paid Ads, ASO/SEO, Analytics, CRM/email marketing; šExecution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and independence; šAnalytical and data-driven, with hands-on A/B testing and product optimisation experience; šNative-level Ukrainian + strong English proficiency; šPassion for crypto / blockchain / fintech, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
